Charter of Quality Special Division „Skin Protection“

The members of the BVH-Special Division Skin Protection (SDKP) are characterized by professional competence and
capability and have committed through their statutes to acknowlegde and observe the Charter of Quality hereafter:
| 1. | The members of BVH-SDSP offer systematic programmes concerning precautionary skin protection,
skin cleansing and care as well as competent advice in those fields including the design and
set-up of skin protection plans and educational measures. |
| 2. | The members of BVH-SDSP can provide information material and
documentation on the appropriate choice and on application-oriented use of all products. |
| 3. | The members of BVH-SDSP vouch for critical surveillance and examination of their products' declared properties. |
| 4. | For the production of their products,
the members of BVH-SDSP observe any given law and regulation,
in particular the Foodstuffs and Commodities Act incl. the cosmetic regulation therein. |
| 5. | The members of BVH-SDSP provide established quality assurance systems to ensure safe and effective products for their users. |
| 6. | The members of BVH-SDSP use up-to-date, consolidated scientific findings of R&D for the composition of their products. |
| 7. | The members of BVH-SDSP also invest in corresponding research and development. |
| 8. | The members of BVH-SDSP recommend the open Declaration of Cosmetic Contents according to international agreement and understanding (INCI). |
| 9. | The members of BVH-SDSP seek co-operation with specialists in occupational health and safety,
with associations and organizations to support distribution of information and educational efforts. |
| 10. | The members support projects that will - lead to new findings in the interest of users, - serve awareness and distribution of factual information, - serve the realization of feasible measures on skin protection at the work place. |
